These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Biblical Birthday (biblicalbirthday.com), operated by LOVESTA LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Biblical Birthday provides

Biblical Birthday is an educational tool that converts a Gregorian birth date into a date on the traditional Biblical (Hillel II) calendar and offers optional descriptive content, including AI-generated narrative text. The site is provided for personal, non-commercial interest and spiritual exploration. It is not a substitute for professional religious, historical, legal, or medical advice.

Accuracy and limitations

Calendar conversions use established algorithms for the Hillel II calendar. Estimates regarding the year of Jesus’s birth (approximately 5 BCE in our presentation) reflect common scholarly approximations, not dogmatic claims. Month names, feast associations, and AI-generated narratives are simplified for readability and inspiration; they may omit nuance or differ from other traditions or scholarship.

You use the site at your own discretion. We make the service available “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI-generated content

Optional narrative text is produced by an artificial intelligence service based on the birth date and calendar information you provide. That content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect your personal beliefs. You are responsible for how you use or share any generated text.

Purchases, payments, and refunds

Most of the site is free to use. We also offer an optional paid digital product (the Biblical Birthday Certificate), delivered as a downloadable PDF. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before checkout and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

All sales are final. Because the certificate is a digital product that is generated for you and delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once the file has been made available for download or sent to you. The one exception is a delivery failure: if a technical problem on our end prevents you from receiving your certificate, or the file is corrupted or defective, contact us and we will re-send it or, if we cannot resolve the issue, provide a refund for that purchase. To request help, email happy@biblicalbirthday.com with your order or payment confirmation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of others’ rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or misuse our branding
• Submit malicious code or automated requests that impair the site for others

Intellectual property

The site design, text, graphics, and branding (except third-party trademarks and content) are owned by LOVESTA LLC or our licensors and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may share links to the site and share personal results (including generated share cards) for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Affiliate and external links

The site may include links to ChristianBook.com and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or transactions. See our Affiliate Disclosure for how affiliate links work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOVESTA LLC and its owners, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOVESTA LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Changes to the site and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LOVESTA LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state, except where prohibited by law.
